Why should you hire Midash Window Cleaning Ltd to clean your windows?

As you are aware, there are many window cleaners out there. The competition is aplenty and when I set up Midash Window Cleaning Ltd, I had to think of how I can differentiate my services from the fierce competition.

Being a new company, I obviously had to think what could I do to attract new customers. In my opinion, attracting new customers is not the critical issue for a new business like Midash Window Cleaning Ltd. It is my belief that retaining these customers is the most important element. There is no point going flat out and attracting customers if I’m unable to retain them over time.

So what am I doing to ensure that I retain my valued customers?

Customer Service

This is the most important element of my business and I endeavour to provide exactly what customers want. This is why I offer cleaning intervals that suits my customers. Customers are able to select 4, 6, 8 or 12-weekly cleans. Not everyone wants their windows cleaned monthly but there are some that do. Thus many of my customers are all on different schedules that suits them.

If there are any issues with my services, I will endeavour to return ASAP to resolve any problems. If I have managed to miss a window (it does happen), I will return as quickly as I can to clean them.

There are some customers that needs to be home to allow me access into their rear gardens and I will do my best to accommodate their preferences in terms of timing.

A quality service

There are window cleaners out there that cleans windows extremely quick and complete a large number of jobs on a daily basis. I cannot compete with them as I do not like to rush. I like to take my time and ensure I do a thorough job of cleaning everything. As standard, I will clean all windows, frames, edgings and sills. I will also clean all uPVC/glass doors.

Conservatories cost extra to clean but I do clean from the gutters down to the ground level. So if you have white PVC underneath your glass, I will clean those too.

You may notice that I use a lot of water. This cost me more money but I find it reassuring that I know I am rinsing everything thoroughly to ensure there are no debris left on any surfaces.

Hopefully, by putting customers first and by offering a quality cleaning service, I hope that many of my customers stay with me for years.
